For your safety and peace of mind, there are four outdoor-only security cameras on the property. These cameras are motion-activated and record brief clips when motion is detected. Their locations are as follows: Front Porch: On the right side (when facing the front door), overlooking the driveway. Front Porch: On the left side (when facing the front door), covering the entrance and side driveway. Back Deck: On the roof, focused on the rear entrance to the house. Back of House: On the roof, overlooking the backyard and shed. For your convenience: Firewood is provided, but please bring fire starters. These are available at Pinewood Deli (2359 Locust Ridge Rd, Pocono Lake, PA 18347). The outdoor BBQ grill gas tank is complimentary and based on availability. We strive to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay for you! WAIVER and RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use all facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts, and appliances is done at the guest's sole risk. Resort fees are included in your stay. 🐾 We love dogs and welcome up to two! Please note that pets are not permitted at the lakes, beaches, pools, or playgrounds per community rules.
Guest Access
We want you to feel completely at home during your stay. Guests have full access to the entire house and all outdoor spaces, including the fire pit and guest shed. You'll also enjoy access to both lakes, three seasonal pools, four beaches, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, and all the activities and amenities offered at the lodge. Please note, the host is not responsible for lake or pool closures due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Entry Method * Smart, keyless lock with a personalized code provided before arrival. * A lockbox with a spare key is also available. If needed, contact the host for the code. Important Notes Latitude Adjustment is located in a gated community. Community fees are fully covered by the host. ALL guests and vehicles must be registered no later than 3 days before arrival. Unregistered guests or vehicles will not be permitted entry by community security and will result in a $500 penalty. I’ll send you a message 7 days before your arrival requesting the information needed for community registration. Please be sure to respond promptly so I can get everything set up for you! Wildlife & Nature Nestled in a serene natural setting, Latitude Adjustment offers opportunities to spot deer, birds, and other local wildlife. While this enhances your experience, please avoid leaving food or trash outdoors to prevent unwelcome visitors. Rest assured, the property is well-maintained and pest control is taken seriously.
